The first step in a scrapbook page

I had this card front in my "treasure" drawer made with a Stampin' Up! embossing folder. Then I found this sweet picture of my daughter, Amy and since I am in the scrapbooking frame of mind....I thought together they made a great start to a wonderful page :)
I used the new Four Frames stamp set (that is SNEAK PEEK of what's coming up in the new catalog in July) to put the date of the picture, but, sigh, I have packed away my photo safe pens and markers.
So I have to put a sticky note on the back of the frame until I can unpack my stuff.

I did want to remind you that you too can get this set and some marvelous new DSP called Paisley Petals for only a $25 order until April 30.

Please check out all of the details on my website at WWW.jackiehoward.stampinup.net or call me at 303-908-8504.

Hurry, time is running out!!!!

Another shot from "the Office"

Published with Blogger-droid v1.6.5

And you thought I was kidding....

This is how my office looks right now. I have a small walk way and boxes full of wonderful treasures just waiting to be unpacked again. Of course, now I have this incredible surge of scrapbooking creativity. I see possible layouts in everything I glance at.....I need
To buy a sketchbook so I don't lose any ideas in this move. ;)

Stamping challenge.....

What is my stamping challenge you ask? Limited access to my supplies, trying to find time while packing, yadda, yadda, yadda.
I did manage to cut some Pear Pizzaz, some NEW DSP, broke out my paper flowers and, low and behold, I actually got a card made!!!
I really do love the texture and look of our textured paper, it makes the finished project look so professional. It is just amazing to me how such a subtle feature can make the project just nice to WOW!

All boxed in!

Hi all, I just wanted to touch base and let you all know that my office is currently jammed with packed boxes. I literally have a small walking space between boxes that are stacked about 6 feet high, no joke! I know where my paper, inks and stamps are, I just can't get to them right now. The other rooms on the bottom level are being painted tomorrow, so I will once again gain access to my survival kit and will be posting something tomorrow......thanks for your patience all. :)
